Wannaink Artwork Design Process

This page explains the options and processes available to customers who do not have print-ready artwork on hand.

If you have a design ready or plan to create a design yourself, please instead review the “Print-Ready” requirements listed on our Artwork Specifications page.

If print-ready artwork cannot be provided, please read below:

The Wannaink team offers several options to assist in the creation (or recreation) of suitable artwork. To ensure the best possible print result can be achieved for all jobs, the artwork provided needs to be “print-ready”, according to our strict Artwork Specifications. Whilst graphic designers & artisans are often savvy with the programs required to make the artwork to these specifications. But most of our customers are not professionally trained in these programs & can, as a result, experience some difficulty in obtaining or creating these files.

For those customers who have had their logo or design professionally created by a graphic artist or designer, they will often find the files supplied to them by their designer will meet the requirements we need. For all others, we recommend using our in-house Wannaink design services to create or recreate your artwork for print, as per the process explained below.

Minor Changes Pricing Wannaink Designer Pricing Refer To Numbers Above

Base Price:
₹100 including GST

– 15-minute discussion
– 3 minor changes agreed with sales person

Changes include for example:
– cropping
– changing background color
– addition of text to your image

Base Price:
₹1000.00 including GST

– 15-minute discussion of brief & ideas
– 15 minutes graphic design time
– 1 artwork revision
– Final electronic artwork approval

Extra Revisions (one round of artwork changes):₹100.00 each inc GST

Extra Design Time (charged in 15 minute blocks):
₹50.00 / per 15 mins

1. AI, EPS, PNG & JPG @ 300DPI

2. Appointment made with designer

3. Up to 3 minor changes to existing artwork agreed with sales person

4. Standard 1 day lead time. Brief and Price Estimate for job is confirmed

5. Standard 1 day lead time. 1st revision free, Extra Revision for a fee

We have several templates for different types of garments that can be downloaded from our Templates page. Additionally, these can be edited using Photoshop or Illustrator. After that email the file to us at You can print and complete a template also.
